As part of DCCC quality supports to all childcare providers, members of our Quality Support Team are happy to assist home based childminders with the provision of relevant information and advice.

The Quality Support team will:

• Offer FREE support to home based Childminders who are caring for 3 or less pre-school children.
• Provide information on current legislation, grant schemes, and business administration for Childminders.
• Facilitate access to training and information sessions for Childminders.
• Facilitate the establishment of Childminding networks.
• Offer advice and support through home visits upon Childminders request.
• Work with groups and /or individual Childminders.
• Serve as a point of contact between Childminders and parents seeking childcare.
