A CAPA is used to respond to a non- compliance which has been identified during the inspection process. The format of the CAPA will be identified and explained and providers will be supported in developing clear, solution-focused Action Plans in responding to non-compliances under the Early Years Services Regulations (2016). These workshops are free of charge and are open to both sessional and full daycare providers.
